Definition of Feature Complete

A state of software indicating that no more features need to be added.

Examples

The System is already believed to be feature complete, so there is no additional functionality that we know we need.

After the Product Review, the Product Owner determined the product was feature complete and ready to be released.

We have a Done Increment consisting of Clean Code (like we do at the end of every Sprint), and our Stakeholders think it’s feature complete and want to get it released and out the door.
