Definition of Agile

Having a decision-making turning radius tight enough to deal with complexity

An umbrella term that encompasses a family of processes known for being ‘agile’ (Scrum, eXtreme Programming (XP), DSDM, Crystal, Feature Driven Development, Agile2, Kanban, and others).
