BuildUp
[bild-uhp]
Definition of BuildUp
A BuildUp graph is any graph that shows the completion of Backlog as a function of Time.
Examples
Since the Team is not trying to accomplish a particular number of Stories within the Sprint, there is no need for Sprint BurnDowns, so we use a BuildUp graph.
If the Team is using Storyotypes, a Story’s checklist can be largely determined by looking at the Story’s Storyotype. This makes it easier to determine the Checklist Items, and easier for the Stakeholders to understand the 'checklist' BuildUp data and graph.
