Definition of Interested Bystander

People who think that they are Stakeholders, but actually ‘don’t matter’ to you, are called Interested Bystanders.

Examples

There are many people that are interested in the Product, but not all of them are Stakeholders – some are merely interested bystanders.

Our most recent Story had many interested bystanders, but only one actual stakeholder.
