Definition of Kanban Meeting
One of the Kanban Method cadences. This is an event held by a team to apply their focus and attention on the information on their Kanban board and decide what work they should apply their energies for the day.
Examples
The Team had a Kanban Meeting in the morning to look over the Kanban board and agree upon the work that could be done.
