Definition of Operations Review Meeting

One of the Kanban Method cadences. A “System of Systems” review of how individual Kanban Systems are operating, both individually and in concert. Facilitated by a Senior Leader overseeing the systems under review, and usually in collaboration with a Kanban Management or Kanban Coaching Professional.

A review of how dependencies between Kanban Systems are being balanced by the organization with respect to demand and capacity of the overall “System of Systems”
