Definition of Progress Review

A meeting including Product Ownership and Customers about ‘how the work is going’. Its purpose is to gather information and set expectations with the Customers.

Examples

"How fast are we going?", "When will we be done?", and "How do we adapt Cost, Scope, and Schedule to match the realities we see?" are all questions we try to answer at the Progress Review.
