Ready Story
[red-ee stawr-ee, stohr-ee]
Definition of Ready Story
A Ready Story is small, well-defined, and ready to take to Planning. Generally, this means that the Story’s definition of “Done” is a ‘10 minute discussion’ away from being agreed to.
Examples
The third (and final) layer of prioritization is to determine whether or not the Ready Story is going to be worked on ‘now’ or not.
