Regular Sync-Up

[reg-yuh-ler singk uhp]

Definition of Regular Sync-Up

A re-plan/plan the Team has on a regular basis (typically daily) in order to collect together an understanding of ‘changes in reality’ in order to deal with it.

Examples

During the forest fire, the team had a regular sync-up every two hours to adjust their fire-fighting tactics.

Not having a regular sync-up every day caused team's plan to be out of touch with reality.
