Definition of Replenishment Meeting

One of the Kanban Cadences. Facilitated by the person who’s serving as Service Request Manager for the purpose of replenishing a supply of work into a Kanban system.
A replenishment meeting may be undertaken either at regular intervals or ideally as-needed, always based on the readiness of options and capacity of the Kanban System. This meeting determines what items from a supply of work will be committed into a Kanban System.
