Definition of Results Backlog

A prioritized list of Deliverable Results that the Business Owner hopes to deliver to the Stakeholders. The Stakeholders and Business Owner maintain the Results Backlog by adding new Deliverables to the Results Backlog, and prioritizing/re-prioritizing the Results Backlog.

Examples

The Stakeholders added new items to the Results Backlog for the Team to work on and deliver back to the Stakeholders.
