Risk Review Meeting

One of the Kanban Method cadences, facilitated by a Kanban System’s Service Delivery Manager (or someone in Senior Leadership with decision making authority).
A review of risks that could adversely affect the deliverability of a Kanban System’s service to the customer. This could involve review of more than one Kanban Systems, but is focused on the deliverability of the one under review.
