Definition ofScrum G
ScrumG is a variant of Scrum in which the Product Owner is a member of the Team who consults with the Stakeholders. In ScrumG the Team’s Product Owner may work with the Team to change priorities during the Sprint. ScrumG is defined by the Scrum Guide at scrumguides.org, and the “G” in ScrumG stands for “Guide”.
