Definition of Scrum P
ScrumP is a variant of Scrum in which the Product Owner ‘lives with’ the Stakeholders and is their representative to the Team. In ScrumP the Product Owner may not change priorities during the Sprint. ScrumP is defined by the Scrum Primer at scrumprimer.org, and the “P” in ScrumP stands for “Primer”.
