Definition of Service Delivery Review Meeting

One of the Kanban Method cadences which is facilitated by the Service Delivery Manager, focused on a single Kanban System and its team.
The Service Delivery Review reflects on the current state, and past behavior of the decisions by the team with respect to meeting their customer’s expectations. The purpose is to discuss and decide on changes which the team can undertake to either address variations from, or maintaining of, the fitness of the Kanban System for the purpose it’s serving to the customer.
