Small [size of a Team]
[smawl sahyz uhv ey teem]
Definition of Small [size of a Team]
A Team needs to be small enough to have one (or a few conversations) at the same time, so that everybody can be ‘on the same page’ all (or most of) the time. A Team must be small enough to remain nimble and be large enough to complete significant work in a Sprint. Typically, this means that a Team has between three and nine Members – the ‘sweet spot’ for software development seems to be about five.
