Definition of Strategic Agility
Agility that changes ‘what’ the Team or Organization does in order to maximize Value or ROI. Strategic Agility is a Product Ownership responsibility. (compare to Tactical Agility)
Examples
An Organization's agility consists of both Strategic Agility (coming from its Product Ownership) and Tactical Agility (coming from its Teams).
