Definition of Strategy Review Meeting

One of the Kanban Method cadences, facilitated by an Enterprise Services Planning Manager or Coach.
A meeting review of strategic balance between demand for services (requests) and capacity of delivering those requests across the “System of Systems” in an enterprise’s portfolio of services to the it’s customers. An assessment is carried about looking at how these systems are responding to the demands that have been made of them, and how any decisions to carry out improvements across our systems, have impacted customer satisfaction.
