My guidance to Teams is that the Sprint length should be approximately three times as long as it takes to Swarm on an average medium-size Story and get it to Done.

These non-coders will be Coordinators for non-coding Stories and Swarm on the coding Stories, while the coders will stay-at-home with their individual coding Story – they will only Swarm after their story is Done.

Our Sprint Goal was to Swarm on 1 Story at a time.
