Definition of Swarmer
In a Team Swarm, a Swarmer is a person who is moving from Story to Story, working with those Story’s Coordinators and other Swarmers, in order to offer his or her expertise and efforts wherever they are needed.
Examples
The TeamLet is made up of no more than one Coordinator and (possibly many) Swarmers.
The Team needs to know which Coordinators (or stay-at-homes) need help from the Swarmers and which Swarmers are available to help, and the Team Members need to know what they’re going to do today.
