Definition of Team Member

Any member of the Scrum Team, including the Team Captain (Product Owner) and Team Facilitator (Scrum Master).

Examples

While the Sprint is in progress the Team has Daily Scrums that allow each Team Member to understand what the Team’s status is and to enable the Team to re-organize for the work at hand.

The Product Owner works with the Stakeholders, represents their interests to the Team, and is the sole team member held accountable for the value of the Team’s Work Results.
