Definition of Team Retrospective

A Team session at the end of a Sprint when the Team Members (facilitated by their Team Facilitator) discuss and agree upon ways they could improve their Practices, teamwork, environment, or Organization for the next Sprint.

After the Sprint, we had a Team Retrospective where the entire Team addressed its process.

After the Progress Assessment, it’s time for the Team to take ownership of its process with a Team Retrospective, which is a discussion about teamwork and work practices.
