Definition of Team
The Scrum Team;
(By others) The Development Team;
(Ken Schwaber) A role, taken on by a group of people, that means that they are a Well-Formed Team.
Examples
During the Project, Stakeholders must be available to help the Team with Release and Sprint Planning.
At any given time the Team consists of a few TeamLets, each of which is working on a single Story. The Team is constantly self-organizing these TeamLets, in order to best work on the Stories the Team has agreed to. Swarming one story at a time the teamlets get to done on the work.
