(by others) The Development Team
(Ken Schwaber) A role, taken on by a group of people, that means that they are a Well-Formed Team
A self-organizing, self-contained, group that produces the Product/Results for the Stakeholders
During the Project, Stakeholders must be available to help the Team with Release and Sprint Planning.
At any given time the Team consists of a few TeamLets, each of which is working on a single Story. The Team is constantly self-organizing these TeamLets, in order to best work on the Stories the Team has agreed to. Swarming one story at a time the teamlets get to done on the work.
