Definition of Visibility

The Team makes the current state of the Team’s Product/Results visible to Stakeholders and the Business.

Examples

Self-Organization happens when team member can be self-directed. Team members work in a self-directed manner when they can visibly see where to put effort in without having to be told what to do.
