Coordinator
[koh-awr-dn-ey-ter]
Definition of Coordinator
In a Team Swarm, the Coordinator is the Team Member who is ‘in charge’ of the Story being worked on.
Examples
During the Daily Scrum each Story’s Coordinator could discuss the status of his or her TeamLet, and talk about whatever needs the Story has today. With this information the Team decides how to re-organize itself in order to support all the TeamLets.
Try to get the Swarming to evolve so that most of the Team is Swarming across all of the Stories. That is, when a new Story is moved up to the WIP, assign one person to work on that Story full-time as its Coordinator, and all the Swarmers on the Team start Swarming on the new Story as well.
