Definition of What Next

The Team Captain owns “What Next”; the Team Captain is accountable to the Organization for what the Team does next . All of Product Ownership may be involved with the Stakeholders to determine what should be worked on next, but the Team Captain is accountable for the actual decision about what will be worked on next.
