Work Items
[wurk ahy-tuh m]
Definition of Work Items
The Work Items the Scrum Team works on are called Stories, and as the Team completes the Stories, they produce Results in an iterative and incremental manner, thus providing opportunities for meaningful feedback from Stakeholders.
Examples
While the Team is doing their Work Items – when they have Work In Progress (WIP) – they should “do their due diligence and use an appropriate Standard of Care to do their work, without lollygagging or gold-plating.”
